Can I print photos from my phone?
Yes. Upload JPG or PNG photos from your phone, or bring your phone into PostalAnnex of Eagle and we can help. For the best results, use the original photo file whenever possible instead of a screenshot, social media download, or compressed copy.
What paper do you use for photo prints?
Photo prints are produced on Canon Satin Photographic 240gsm paper. It gives photos vibrant color, sharp detail, and a smooth satin finish with less glare than glossy photo paper.
Can you print Canva photo designs?
Yes. If you designed a photo card, collage, poster, or other photo layout in Canva, download the file as PDF Print when available and upload it for review. For normal photo-only prints, JPG or PNG files are usually fine.
Can you help crop or resize my photo?
Yes. Tell us what you want preserved, such as faces, text, borders, or the full image, and we can help with basic sizing and crop review before printing. Some images may need a border or adjusted crop to fit the selected print size.
Do large photo prints need higher-resolution files?
Yes. Larger enlargements need higher-resolution files and may require file review or a proof print before final production. If the image is too small, blurry, compressed, or taken from a screenshot, we will let you know before printing.
What if I want canvas instead of photo paper?
Canvas is a separate product. Photo prints are printed on satin photographic paper, while canvas prints are made as wall art on canvas material and can be wrapped on a frame. Use the related Canvas Prints option or ask the store for canvas print choices.
