File tips
Keep plans at actual size.
Most plan sheets should print at Actual Size / 100%. If the original file is a different size than the requested output, scaling may no longer be valid unless the customer intentionally requested that change.
- Upload a print-ready PDF when possible.
- Tell us the required finished sheet size.
- Do not rely on screenshots for plan printing.
- Use color only when color-coded information matters.
- Ask for review when scale, orientation, or sheet size is unclear.

Should I upload a PDF?
Yes. For best results, upload a print-ready PDF. PDFs help preserve linework, scale, page size, fonts, and layout better than screenshots or image files.
Will my plans print to scale?
Plans are typically printed at actual size / 100% unless you specifically request otherwise. If a file is resized from its original format, the printed scale may change. If scale matters, tell us before printing.
Can you print black-and-white blueprints?
Yes. Black-and-white printing is available and is the most common choice for architectural drawings, construction plans, engineering sheets, permit sets, and job-site copies.
Can you print color plans?
Yes. Color printing is available for plans that use color-coded markups, site details, design notes, renderings, landscaping, utility information, or presentation graphics.
What paper do you use for blueprints?
Blueprints can be printed on standard 20# bond paper or upgraded 24# premium coated bond. Standard 20# bond works well for most construction and job-site plan sets. Premium 24# coated bond gives a brighter, smoother finish.
Can you print only certain pages from a plan set?
Yes. If you only need specific sheets, let us know which page numbers or sheet names to print.
Can you print mixed-size plan files?
Often, yes. Some PDF plan sets contain mixed page sizes. Upload the file or contact the store so we can review page sizes and confirm pricing before printing.
