FAQ

Cards & mailers questions.

Do you print cards and mailers in Eagle?

Yes. PostalAnnex of Eagle prints custom cards and mailers locally for announcements, invitations, thank-you cards, real estate mailers, event promotions, school and nonprofit campaigns, local business marketing, coupons, reminders, and customer follow-up cards.

What card and mailer sizes are available?

The current card and mailer module supports 4 x 6 and 5 x 7 finished card and mailer sizes.

Can cards and mailers be printed double-sided?

Yes. Cards and mailers can be printed single-sided or double-sided. Double-sided cards and mailers are useful when you want artwork on the front and details, address space, or instructions on the back.

Can you round the corners?

Yes. Rounded corners can be added to cards and mailers when you want a softer invitation, announcement, memorial card, or premium mail piece.

Are cards and mailers printed in color?

Yes. The card and mailer module is set up as color-only card and mailer output, which is the right choice for most marketing cards, invitations, announcements, real estate cards, and promotional mailers.

What paper stock do you use for cards and mailers?

The card and mailer module includes 100# cover as the standard cover stock, with premium upgrades for 14 pt and 16 pt cover. Matte or gloss finish can be selected without changing the price.

What is the difference between 100# cover, 14 pt, and 16 pt?

100# cover is a good standard cover stock. 14 pt is a heavier premium option, and 16 pt is the heaviest listed cover stock in the current module.

Can you print addresses on cards and mailers?

Yes. If you provide a usable address file, we can print unique recipient or address information directly onto the cards instead of requiring labels or handwriting.

What kind of address file do I need?

A spreadsheet or structured address file is best. It should have clean columns for recipient name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

Can you design cards and mailers for me?

Yes. You can upload a finished file, use an online design tool, or ask the store for help with layout, resizing, cleanup, address-side setup, or print preparation.

Can I use Canva for cards and mailers?

Yes. Download the highest-quality print PDF available, include bleed if your design goes to the edge, and upload the file for review.

Can you help with card and mailer projects?

We can print cards and mailers and, when provided with usable address data, can print recipient or address information on the cards. Mailing requirements, postage, and mailing preparation may need separate review.

Do cards and mailers need bleed?

If your design has color, photos, or graphics that go all the way to the edge, bleed is recommended to help avoid thin white edges after trimming.

What file should I upload?

A print-ready PDF is best. JPG and PNG files may work for simpler designs, but PDFs are better for preserving text, layout, crop marks, bleed, and address-side formatting.

How long does card and mailer printing take?

Turnaround depends on quantity, stock choice, sides, address printing, file readiness, and current workload.

Where are cards and mailers printed?
